Enter a few details about your idea, project or organisation and instantly see every current Australian grant you are eligible for.
Ongoing Grant Monitoring
Save your project and turn on monitoring. We automatically email you whenever a new grant opens that fits your eligibility, acting as a 24/7 lookout for your funding needs.
Non-AI Scanning Option
Organisations with internal policies or preferences around AI can use structured, criteria-based grant matching instead. No AI required.
Sponsor a Changemaker
When your organisation purchases access, you can sponsor an in-need changemaker from Australia or Timor-Leste to receive hands-on support at no extra cost.
Workshop Bonus
Some purchasing organisations may also receive a complimentary grant support workshop: practical, project-specific, and designed to leave your team grant-ready that same day.
2,500+ Live Opportunities
Built on a database of more than 2,500 Australian grant opportunities, representing over $1 billion in funding. Updated daily as opportunities open and close.
Organisation Access
Built for Teams
Grant Scan is a youth-developed, regionally owned and mission-driven project. When your organisation purchases access, you receive more than just software.
You will have a close relationship with the people building the platform. If your organisation has grant-related needs, feature ideas, access requirements or ways the platform could better support your team, members or community, there is always room to talk directly.

Why It Exists
"Good ideas do not usually fail because people stop caring. They fail because they do not have the access or the support."
Funding systems reward people who know where to look, how to read the criteria, and what language to use. Grant Scan helps level that playing field for individuals, community groups, charities, businesses and organisations across Australia.
